Delivery Area

Deliveries within the State of Israel only.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fee: 35 NIS per order.
Free shipping on orders of 380 NIS or more.

Delivery Times

Up to 4 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves.

Age Verification at Delivery

Sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted to individuals aged 18+ only. The courier may request ID for age verification. If verification cannot be completed, delivery will not be made.

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver (recipient not found, age verification refused, incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.

Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

Per the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981: cancel within 14 days from purchase or delivery date (whichever is later). Contact itzhak.molcho@gmail.com or call 0584100116. Original invoice required.

Return Conditions

• Original packaging
• Sealed and unopened
• Undamaged and unused

Wine & Alcohol — Non-Returnable

Wine and alcoholic beverages are generally non-returnable due to storage requirements. Exceptions: defective or wrong items — replaced or fully refunded. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photos of the defect.

Cancellation Fees

Up to 3% of the transaction amount (for non-defect cancellations). Return shipping at buyer's expense.

Refund

Via original payment method, within 30 business days.
