Shipping Fees Shipping fee: 35 NIS per order. Free shipping on orders of 380 NIS or more. Delivery Times Up to 4 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), delivery times may be extended. Age Verification at Delivery Sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted to individuals aged 18 and over only. The courier may request identification for age verification. If age verification cannot be completed, the delivery will not be made. Failed Delivery If the courier cannot deliver (recipient not found, age verification refused, incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS Return Policy Per the Israeli Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981: You may cancel a transaction within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever is later). Return Conditions • Product in original packaging • Sealed and unopened • Undamaged and unused Wine & Alcohol — Non-Returnable Wine and alcoholic beverages are generally non-returnable due to storage and temperature requirements. Wine that has left our control cannot be returned, as proper storage conditions cannot be guaranteed. Exceptions: A defective or damaged product will be replaced or fully refunded. A product that does not match the order will be replaced or fully refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include photographs of the defect. Cancellation Fees For non-defect cancellations: up to 3% of the transaction amount. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
